Iowa's Rivers Cookbook

You can help support Iowa Whitewater Coalition's river recreation and stream conservation goals by purchasing Iowa's Rivers Cookbook. People who paddle and fish Iowa's rivers are some of the most resourceful cooks. This collection of great recipes both for at home and for the outdoors offers up some of their favorites. Plus, there are excellent tips and tricks you can put to use the next time you take a river trip. See the table of contents listing below.

All proceeds from sales of this book will be used by Iowa organizations and clubs for river-related recreation and conservation projects, such as low-head dam modification or removal, opposing river habitat destruction, and creating canoe accesses and whitewater runs.
